PILOT VISIT

We were delighted to welcome back our former pupil, Dean O’Kane today. Dean and Emma kindly agreed to come into school and talk to the pupils about their work with EasyJet Airlines as part of the KS1 WAU topic of Flight. Needless to say the boys and girls had lots of questions for them about being a Pilot Captain and cabin crew. Thank you for giving up your time, sharing your knowledge and expertise and answering all the questions so patiently. We would like to take this opportunity to wish you both all the best in your careers in the years to come. Safe travels, Emma and Dean!

CROSS COUNTRY RUNNING ULSTER FINALS

A huge well done to Daniel in Primary 7 who competed brilliantly at the Cross Country Running Ulster Finals in Mallusk on Friday. Daniel put in an outstanding performance, did himself proud, and made our whole school incredibly proud with his determination, focus, and talent.

We are delighted to celebrate his fantastic achievements and all the hard work and commitment he has put into running throughout the year.

A special word of thanks to Alistair Bratten for his dedication in coaching Daniel and our entire running team this school year. Your support and encouragement have made a real difference.

Well done, Daniel - your St. Joseph’s family is very proud of you!
