ST. LOUIS TASTER DAY

A big thank you to St. Louis for hosting such a fantastic Primary 6 Taster Day! The children had an amazing time and thoroughly enjoyed every part of the experience.

CHRISM MASS

Primary 6 had a wonderful opportunity visiting St. Peter’s Cathedral to celebrate the Mass of Chrism, led by Bishop Alan McGuckian. Many thanks to Fr. Devlin for organising the trip and for treating all the boys and girls to a delicious meal and ice cream.

CUMANN NA MBUNSCOL CROSS COUNTRY RACE
Well done to our running team who competed at the Cumann na mBunscol Cross Country Race in Armoy. It was an outstanding effort from everyone. Our girls team claimed 3rd place overall and the boys put in a strong performance. Congratulations to Daniel on coming 1st in the boy’s race.

FRESH MINDS EDUCATION
Primary 3 and Primary 4 enjoyed a lovely afternoon with Sinead from Fresh Minds Education and were presented with their certificates for completing the Sunrise AMBER programme.
 
Both Mrs McClean and Mrs McPeake were also presented with their Educators Leadership Certificates 2026 for the delivery of the Fresh Little Minds Sunrise programme. I’m sure the boys and girls would love to tell you all about Amber at home and maybe even do the Amber dance for you.

HALF TIME GAMES

STAFF CODING TRAINING
Our staff had a fantastic time taking part in coding training, exploring a variety of interactive sessions using Bee-Bots, ProBots and Spheros. There was lots of hands-on learning, collaboration, problem-solving and plenty of fun along the way! It was brilliant to see everyone so engaged and enthusiastic as we built confidence and creativity in coding.

MINI BEASTS AND SPRING

Foundation stage have been learning all about mini beasts and spring! We’ve loved looking after our caterpillars and watching them grow into butterflies ðŸ¦‹ This real life learning experience has really helped to enhance our explanation writing!
