FIRST DAY IN PRIMARY 7
It was smiles all round on the first day of term for our new Primary 7 pupils. Welcome back everyone!!
ICE-BREAKER GAMES
P7 participating really well in a variety of ice-breaker games to help them settle into their new classroom.
PDMU- RIGHTS RESPECTING SCHOOL
P7 enjoyed working in groups to sort and prioritise the rights of the child . They worked in teams to match rights & responsibilities and negotiated very well to create a fantastic class charter for the year ahead.
MATHS WEEK
Primary 7 participated in a variety of practical activities to bring Maths to life. In particular they focused closely on shape and space and investigated the properties of 2D and 3D shapes.
HALLOWEEN
Primary 7 had a fun filled day of Halloween activities to celebrate the end of a very busy half-term. They enjoyed hot chocolate with a movie and ended the day with s disco in the hall. Have a very well-earned break everyone and enjoy the Halloween celebrations.
MAD HAIR DAY FUN
Our pupils went all out with their craziest, most colourful hairstyles - and it was amazing! From rainbow braids to gravity-defying spikes, creativity was everywhere. Not only did we share lots of laughs, but we also raised funds for a great cause. Thank you to everyone who joined in and made the day unforgettable!
ODD SOCKS DAY
Our pupils rocked their brightest, quirkiest socks to celebrate individuality and kindness. What a fun way to show that being different is awesome!
ART WITH OUR LADY OF LOURDES
We were delighted to welcome Mr. Armstrong from Our Lady of Lourdes this morning as he launched a 5-week art project with our pupils. Today, we explored the theme of Pablo Picasso, creating self-portraits using the medium of pastels.
Over the next few weeks, we will continue to develop these amazing creations. Mr. Armstrong complimented the incredible artistic talent on display in P7. well done, everyone!
CHRISTMAS CREATIVITY & SECRET SANTA FUN
Our pupils have been busy spreading holiday cheer! From dazzling Christmas art projects that filled our halls with colour and sparkle, to the excitement of Secret Santa surprises, the season has been full of joy, laughter, and creativity.
