FLAHAVAN'S CROSS COUNTRY RUNNING LEAGUE
Well done to all our runners who took part in the Flahavan's Cross Country Running League today, at the University of Ulster in Coleraine. A special congratulations goes to Ethan and Ronan who both came 2nd in their respective races! All the boys and girls put in a fantastic performance despite the tough conditions.
A special thank you to Alistair Bratton for his help coaching the running team.
BREAKFAST CLUB
It was a big thumbs up to the launch of our new Breakfast Club. Our Early Bird Club now offers the option of breakfast every morning.
STORMONT TRIP
P7 travelled to Parliament Buildings, Stormont on Monday as part of their topic work on citizenship.
The kids got the opportunity to visit both the Senate and Assembly Chambers and learn how a functioning government works. They had fun debating and experienced how laws are passed. The kids asked some excellent questions and were a credit to our school.
NETBALL BLITZ
Well done to our P7 Netball team who represented our school yesterday at the Coleraine Blitz Day, held at the University of Ulster and organised by Netball Northern Ireland. The girls played brilliantly in all their matches and we are very proud of you all!
