This week we are celebrating our Pupils of the Week, our AR certificate winners, a new AR millionaire and our winners of the Earth Day poster competition. We are also celebrating some extra-curricular achievements from the weekend with winners in gymnastics and Irish dancing. Well done everyone!

Weekly Assembly
Well done to the children who received Pupil of the Week Awards.
Thank you to P6 & P7 for leading a short presentation to mark World Earth Day. All classes have been involved in lessons throughout the week, to promote how we can protect our earth. Each class has created a Class Pledge, of ways we can make our school more environmentally friendly.
Gardening Club
Many hands make light work…our gardening club worked very hard on Thursday afternoon.
Teacher Professional Learning Programme
We are fantastically proud of Mrs McCarry who has been involved in the Teacher Professional Learning Programme, focused on educational technology to enhance and improve learning outcomes for children and young people.
Mrs McCarry has been working with Lasell University Boston throughout the programme and has spent the week presenting to delegates at the Boston campus.
Congratulations and well done Mrs McCarry on this fantastic achievement!
Cross Country Running
Well done to our runners who competed in the Cumann na mBunscol Cross Country Races in Armoy yesterday.
It was a fantastic performance from the everyone! Congratulations to Caoilbhe coming 2
nd and Dan 3rd in their respective races!

Celebrating extra-curricular achievements in boxing and Gaelic football at our weekly assembly. Also celebrated were our Pupils of the Week, AR word millionaires and pupils hitting their AR targets! Well done everyone!
